WHO CARES?!?

Drown those fears! If it’s one thing I struggled with, it’s fear. Not fear in the sense of seeing a horror movie but the fear of taking a leap of faith and absolutely failing. If you’ve suffered from the same feeling you find yourself having never ending “what if” moments and going down rabbit holes to no resolve. The end of these destabilizing thoughts usually end with 0 follow through because it ”feels“ better not to try than to potentially fail.

How did I fix this? Two words, “WHO CARES”. I’m serious, who cares if I decide to try something new and it doesn’t go as planned? Who cares if I fall flat on my butt? It sounds so simple but mentally I am taking a ton of pressure off and emptying out my brain with over engineered thoughts. There is something motivating in just TRYING with less expectations, growing in the journey of learning and pivoting when things don’t go as planned. Take the pressure off and see what you can truly accomplish from just STARTING.

  • I can appreciate this, I over think a lot myself and sometimes it really is the smallest things that can help, who cares??
