Shipping & Returns

Shipping time typically takes between 2-7 days to process and deliver to customers. You will receive timely updates on the status of your order via email or phone number, depending on the contact method you choose at checkout. 

Please note, due to the impact of the global COVID-19 outbreak, it may affect the delivery schedule to some destinations and your order may experience shipping delays. We understand the importance of having your items delivered within the expected time frame and we will do our very best to make sure that happens.

Return Policy

Although we do not accept returns, if your item is defective or you receive an incorrect item, we have a 10 day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a picture of items and proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, however the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Please note, we cannot accept returns on gift cards purchased.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund depending on your bank.
